Learn how to make fresh Italian Sausage from start to finish:

We are in the process of planning a class for Saturday, June 26, 2021.

During the class we review the fundamentals of sausage making including discussion on proper sanitation, grinding, stuffing, mixing, storage and best practices.

This is a hands-on class where each participant makes 5/lbs of sausage each to take home.  Your choice mild or hot Italian Sausage.    If you have an interest, please email, call or message us on Facebook.  Please complete the registration form and mail with payment to Hickory Hill Smokehouse LLC.


$199/per person includes supplies, refreshments and light breakfast and 5/lbs of the sausage you make! Class size limited to 5 participants.
