This is a hands-on class where each participant makes 5/lbs of sausage each to take home. Your choice mild or hot Italian Sausage. We are in the process of planning a class for the early summer of 2020. If you have an interest, please email, call or message us on Facebook.
Learn the basics of how to make a fresh sausage including grinding, stuffing and best practices.
$199/per person includes supplies, refreshments and light breakfast and 5/lb of the sausage you make! Class size limited to 5 participants.
