CLASS Saturday, June 24, 2023  – SOLD-OUT! 

During the class we review the fundamentals of sausage making including discussion on proper sanitation, grinding, seasoning, stuffing, mixing, knife handling & sharpening, storage and best practices.

This is a hands-on class where each participant makes approximately 5/lb. of sausage to take home.  Your choice mild or hot Italian Sausage. If you have an interest, please email, call or message us on Facebook to reserve as seat.  Please complete the registration form and mail with payment to Hickory Hill Smokehouse LLC.

Registration Fee:

$200/per person includes supplies, refreshments and snacks and 5/lb. of the sausage you make!
