General Manager – Full-time position reporting to the establishment owner. Must have 5 years prior experience overseeing retail and food production operations. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. College degree may substitute for some experience. Prior experience overseeing a food related business. Proven track record including supervisory experience, marketing, food safety standards, business growth, and positive references. Competitive salary. Assistant Production Manager/Butcher – anticipate full-time Spring 2026. Prior experience making sausage, cutting meat and following standardized recipes, and established sanitation and food safety procedures. Supervisory experience preferred, but not required. Self starter with good references. Competitive hourly wage and flexible schedule, depending on workload with the opportunities for growth.

Customer Service Clerk – part-time; must be able to work weekends. Anticipate full-time opportunities Spring 2026. Must have excellent customer relation and communication skills, and attention to detail. Responsible for waiting on customers, packaging, cleaning, and keeping the retail area clean and attractive. Good at multitasking and prior experience preferred with good references.
